One aspect of my identity that people wouldn't be able to see when they look at me is that I am a hard worker when it comes to my future. I agree that I do think that some of the stuffs are really difficult and I might not be able to do and that what makes people think I am lazy but it doesn't mean that I am a lazy and I am really unable to do them. The best example that can describe this situation is when my Science teacher recommend me to take Biology Honor and I refused claiming that I wouldn't be able to pass the class since my English skills are weak because I been in the United States only one year. But afterward i passed the class with an A and my teacher was impressed of how quickly i developed my skills and kept on track with the students in my class. I usually support people especially my friends and my family members for instance I always encourage them to do whatever they think is right even though if it seem difficult and i always convince them that if they believe in themselves nothing would be impossible to achieve. For me I don't do that and sometimes it seems ridiculous when I think about how I am able to convince people that they can do whatever they want and when it comes to me I can't or feel afraid to do it. This fearing makes people think that I am hopless and careless about my future but in reality I think i would need only a few words to make me have more confidence in myself.
People around you can play a good role in shaping your confidence in yourself. In other words, people sometimes can increase your confidence and say "you can do it", "try your best" and they might discourage you to do so by saying "nah this seems really difficult" or "if it was me I wouldn't do it". I remember three year i was careless about my school work and even about my future and when I go back in memory I would also remember how my friends were also careless but now I feel that I've done a lot and I still have more to get it done. I wouldn't beleive that one day I would be one of the student that have the highest gpa,in school, i wouldn't believe i would be one of the students who are in national honor society nor one of the student who are willing to go to college and finish their education and have a good future. And all that happens because the people that i choose to be with were a helpful hands to find out my abilities and my skills. So be with the right people that always can hold your hand while you are going the stairs steps of your future and not the people who would watch you falling from these steps and do none.
